good things: i exercised. bad things: i smoked three cigarettes, and binged until my eyes bled. XD i suppose these things happen, so i'm just going to pretend nothing happened and try again tomorrow.

amount of times thought "one cigarette can't hurt" 85 drugs down from 300 to 75 mg height & weight 5'8 and 149 pounds (175 cm and 68 kg). where was i when this happened? exercise 30 minute bike ride. first time i've exercised in about 4 months. XD calories 1250. i really, really want a piece of that apple pie.
